Flick was founded in 2009 as a family business, it was created in motion, on a walk in the garden, with bare feet on the grass and thinking about the future.

Because we believe that the future, like the result of a match, is not written and that nothing is more powerful than the will of a united team.

Our reason for being is to bring the field hockey and padel both tradition and equipment closer to our community and to transmit the values of sport in every step we take. Our driving force is our community, seeing the players grow in their different stages and having the opportunity to accompany them with a professional, close and familiar treatment.

We want to impact and inspire all Flick players to reach their best version with our example.

We started our journey by selling hockey equipment through our website and physical store in Terrassa. After years of effort and growth, today Flick is also Flick Padel, offering players of all levels a wide range of high-performance products from the best brands in the sector.

Chronology

It all started in 2001 when Jordi participated in the Tasmanian World Cup together with the Spanish Hockey team in Australia, and Mazon, an Australian brand, signed him as a sponsor.

After some time with Mazon, and already with his athlete visa, Jordi returned home, bringing with him bags, sticks and other material that the brand had given him. In those years, Mazon was not well known yet, with hardly any market outside of Australia. Nonetheless, it turned out to be such a new, different and original material that when Jordi’s friends and acquaintances saw it, they began to be interested and asked more and more about where they could buy it, if he could sell them a bag, a stick, or whatever material he had.

In 2009, and still working as an industrial engineer, Jordi decided to open a small store with a website in Terrassa (Barcelona), to start distributing a material that had never been sold before in Spain.

In 2010, Jordi and his wife, Clara, launched FLICK to make the dream of all hockey fans a reality, and to ensure that this community inspires everyone.

In 2012 they opened a new store and website, and currently FLICK is also a distributor and seller of the most well-known brands both in the hockey and padel sector, selling as well its own clothing brand.
