Returns
What time period do I have for the return?
For all purchases made from Black Friday until January 5, you have time to make a return until February 5.
How can I make a return?
Returns are managed through our platform by clicking here. You can also do it by entering a customer account in the returns section.
You must return the original product in its box and this, in its transport box to avoid damage or scratches to the item.
What procedure do I have to follow to change size?
