Different fabrics in different areas ensure your legs and feet receive the support and compression they need. The back of the calf has mesh so your muscles have room to contract and stretch. Around the ankle and at the top of the sock there are 2 compression strips to make sure the sock doesn't slip and the shin guard stays in place. And the bottom of the foot area has been reinforced with a thicker fabric to ensure that you will be able to enjoy this sock for many matches and training sessions.
